Hi, I am the founder of Lifestyle Nutrition and Wellness, LLC. I am a master's prepared, licensed, and registered dietitian with certifications from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in adult and pediatric weight management. I worked in the clinical setting for 9 years helping individuals manage various disease states such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease, Crohn's disease, Celiac disease, and autoimmune conditions.
Since 1997, I have committed my career to building weight loss and wellness programs that are designed to help individuals, families, and groups achieve numerous health & wellness goals.

My Personal Journey
It's important for me to tell you that I know first hand that establishing a healthy lifestyle is not always easy. My past included a battle over obesity and emotional eating. Since then, I have transformed my lifestyle which has improved my health and the health of my family. I believe my personal story is foundational to every thing I teach and how I guide others which allows us all to grow and be the best versions of ourselves.
